Can I request to be seated with my friends at the event?

Please note that this event will be open seating when doors open. If you wish to be guaranteed seating with other attendees, we encourage you to purchase a full table for 8 attendees, available as a ticket option.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You do not need to bring your printed ticket to the event.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes! Please just be sure to let a committee member know when you arrive at the ball.

What's the refund policy?

We are unable to authorize refunds on ticket purchases. In the event that you cannot attend the ball, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee. If you would like to donate the value of your ticket instead of attending the event, the total ticket value becomes tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Please consult your tax preparer.
